The Mirror is a boutique development of 25 spacious apartments in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai. Enjoy the quiet, tucked-away position in the cities most exciting area, with hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and shops literally on your doorstep.  All apartments are designed and decorated in a clean and modern style and include a kitchen, making them suitable for both long and short term stays.

Our Rooms

Ranging between 40 sq/m and 70 sq/m our apartments are larger than a typical hotel room. We offer three types of apartments to suit each budget.  Our self-contained apartments set you up for a perfect stay in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Type A

Perfect for families or groups traveling and staying together. Our Type A apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and a kitchenette.

Our Location

The Mirror is located mere steps away from Nimman, Chiang Mai’s trendy entertainment district with its myriad of little streets packed with boutiques, eateries and art galleries. The old city with its characteristic moat is located 800 meters to the east. Although Nimman is an action-packed area, the Mirror is tucked away from the hustle and bustle which guarantees a relaxing stay.

    FAQ

    How do I make a booking?

    Please use the booking form on this website. Once you’ve booked we’ll get in touch via email. A reservation becomes a confirmed booking once a holding deposit has been paid. We’ll give you instructions on how to make the holding deposit.

    What about the security deposit?

    We ask for a security deposit when checking in. These are paid cash and can be made in other currencies.

    Your holding deposit is used towards your security deposit.

    What is the minimum stay?

    Completely up to you.

    Do I have to pay for electricity and water?

    We charge you your electricity usage if you’re staying with us on a weekly or monthly rate. The fee is ฿ 8 per unit. We establish your electricity usage with your room’s dedicated meter. Expect to pay between ฿ 300 and ฿ 1000 per week, depending on usage, mostly airconditioning.

    Water is charged at a ฿ 150 per month flat rate if you are on a monthly rate.

    What about cleaning?

    Your room will be cleaned daily if you’re with us for a short period of time. Guests on the weekly and monthly rates will have their rooms cleaned once a week, during which the bed sheets will be replaced.

    Do you offer an airport transfer?

    Chiang Mai’s airport (CNX) is relatively close to the city and the Mirror. At the airport you can grab a taxi for a fixed rate (฿ 160). At the airport, once you collect your bag, head left to get to the taxis. Once you’re in the vehicle and nearing your destination, keep an eye out for ‘Roastniyom’ coffeeshop as you get close, as we’re right behind it. It should take you around 10-15 minutes. We’re on Sirimangkalajarn Road.

    When leaving Chiang Mai we will be able to organise transport to the airport or train station. Just let us know your plans.
